A fuselage panel on an Air India Boeing 787 fell off while in midair late Saturday during a domestic flight between Delhi and Bangalore. The flight crew were not even aware of what happened until the plane made a safe landing. Boeing is in the process of retrieving the fallen panel to figure out what happened. Many airlines continue to express frustrations with the reliability of the dreamliner.
